Spring Pools

Alden Bridge Custom Swimming Pool Construction Project - The Woodlands, TX

DAY 1 - July 13th Excavation

Started construction on an unique custom pool design. The pool was designed to incorporate an existing wood deck. Given the utility easement and the desire to have the spa positioned off the deck and a large entry for their daughter, the spa is going to be built within the pool entry. The first step will wrap around the spa, the second step will also be a large bench next to the spa.

DAY 9 - July 21 Tile, Coping & Rock

Rock work along with tile and coping is started today. Depending on the size and complexity, the work can take several days. The Spillers chose to have flagstone waterline tile and flagstone coping. The pool also has a mini waterfall and seven weepers. The weeping rock is set into the beam of the pool wall to a point below the waterline. This design gives the pool a barrier from the yard, keeping unwanted debris out of the pool. This design also allows the pool to be placed next to the utililiy easements, allowing for a larger pool in a smaller backyard. The deck area is maximized between the house and the swimming pool.
