Montgomery County Custom Swimming Pool Construction Schedule - Magnolia, TX
DAY 1 - March 11th EXCAVATION & STEELSpring Pool begins the construction of a geometric swimming design. The design includes a seven foot raised spa with a flagstone cascading spillway, a tanning ledge with two fountains, and a raised swimming pool beam. The deck is designed to circle the pool and will step up to follow the raised pool beam.
We also installed the stub plumbing for the pool on day one.
DAY 2 - March 12th GUNITEOnce again Modern Method Gunite does a superb job of guniting the swimming pool.
DAY 3 & 4 - March 13th & 14th SATURDAY & SUNDAYNo Work Scheduled.
DAY 5 - March 15th PLUMBINGPlumbing and equipment is installed
DAY 6 - March 16th ELECTRICALControls for the swimming pool are installed.
DAY 7 - March 17th CLEAN UPClean up crew picks up trash; takes off form boards; and clears off the excess gunite. DAY 8 - March 18th TILE & COPINGDepending on the complexity of the pool, the tile and coping usually takes 2 to 3 days.
DAY 9 - March 19th TILE & COPINGTile and coping is completedfor this stage. Once the deck is poured, the tile and coping materials will be used to finish out the step risers in the deck.
DAY 10 & 11 - March 20th & 21st SATURDAY & SUNDAYNo work Scheduled
DAY 12 - March 22nd - DECKINGLaid out the forms, steel, and drains for the deck.
DAY 13 - March 23rdNo Work Scheduled
DAY 14 - March 24th DECKINGPour a pea gravel deck with a six inch step on both sides of the pool.
DAY 15 - March 25th DECKINGFinished out the deck steps with the same materials used for the swimming pool coping and waterline tile.
DAY 16 - March 26th PEBBLE TECThe customer chose the Tahoe Blue Pebble Tec for their pool. Today the pool is cleaned and prepped.
DAY 17 - March 27th PEBBLE TECThe Tahoe Blue Pebble Tec is applied to interior of the pool.
DAY 18 - March 28th SUNDAYNo Work Scheduled
DAY 19 - March 29th PEBBLE TECThe Pebble Tec is given an acid wash and the pool begins to fill with water.
